If anyone is looking for a great place to stay, and at 60% of prevailing rates..... I own a unit at The Platinum Hotel

Over 900 sq. ft. of space, full kitchen. Awesome strip views. Balcony. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and sofa sleeper in living room.

This is a NON-Smoking and Non-Gaming hotel.

Here are some pics.. and.. NO.. it is not available for this weekend or next week during Internext.

Nice.

How much do you usually charge per night on weekdays? Going there in April.

Whenever I get a request for a booking, I simply go online at http://theplatinumhotel.com and check the rates... ( check rates for Solitaire Strip View ), then take 60% of that rate and add $50.00 for a departure cleaning.

By the way, my unit is on the 16th floor, there are 17 floors total.. so, its a high up room with an awesome view.

Holy shit, that's only $83,6 per night. This is crazy, not even 60 EUR per night! I'll take you on that offer, bookmarked this thread! I am not sure when exactly I'll be there, but I go at least once a year, last time was in September 09.

Its the best deal in town.... I am able to do these 60% rates due to the fact that were under contract with the hotel management at a 50/50 split... but, by the time they take all their fees.. we end up with about 40% of the rate... were losing our ass on this, and have been booking it out on our own and making much more in the end.

I've seen room rates at the Palms for like $85/night and suites over $120/night
