I'm looking for a business partner to help revive a pretty decent site that I can not devote 100% of my time too. I'm not looking for a cash partnership but more of a 40/60 partnership/ownership of the site. I won't go into complete details on this post but thing revenue from any adverts that you put on the site, is 100% yours. This doesn't mean you'll have full reign to cover the site in ads but it does mean we'll work together as a team pushing traffic, adding new features, with an end result selling the site off with a 40/60 split.
