the biggest problem is the agents usually sell the same client multiple memberships and it fucks up everyone in the chain...

And why would a surfer buy multiple memberships?

nice stats... 10% charge backs are high, but probably acceptable as long as some of those are calling in to reverse it and hopefully not just calling Visa.

These incentives are never delivered, (nor can they be delivered) which accounts for the high chargebacks and low rebills.

He's not teencat, just one of the Filipino chat spammers that's been canned by half the sponsors out there.

Exactly, they've wreaked havoc on a couple of my chat sites with all of their spam. They pose as females and promise the surfer the world usually for some trial or free cc signup using a shady join page then they disappear. The sponsors rarely get any rebills and a high cb %, that's why so many sponsors have banned them.
