Webair Support Fuckin sucks.....
I opened a support ticket over 6 hours ago and those morons merged it with a ticket that was closed months ago... And here is the best part, Because its on a virtual account, Telephone support is not available....

You can get a cheap virtual account at phatservers and that will be much better bang for your 10 bucks..:2 cents::2 cents:

I signed up with Webair, tried to get a blog up, nothing worked...error trying to start a db, error no matter what I did. So I asked for a termination and told them I didnt care about the $10.
Now they have tried to bill me 2 times, I have never ever used any bw nor anything else, their tech guy just stopped replying to me so after 1.5 weeks I didnt care much about their business. ( Thats my experience with Webair, but maybe I am just spoiled with Way3.com :) |
You get what you pay for. If you take your business serious get a serious host or a serious plan.

I am sure it was a mistake and although you were down I am sure webair will take cure of u more often then not. Mike runs a good show over there. Best of luck.

man, I have been on webair for over a year and had no problems like this with support. I have noticed that these threads always involve virtual accounts not having phone support, though... Maybe they should add a few bucks to the price and include phone support to cover it. Otherwise, Ketan is the man!!
