Whether you do your own web mastering or hire it out...what skills and traits make a webmaster good? If you were in the market for a webmaster/technical support what would you be looking for? What would it take for you to trust remote personal with passwords to your server and cc processor?

Someone who finishes what they start, and integrity.

FLEXIBILITY- no matter how much you put into a job specification you will always forget something. If they are "jobsworths" and will only do what you told them at the outset then they won't be much help.
