How to report fraud transaction to visa or mastercard
 

I have noticed that often when billing processors go down, they stop responding to emails or tele calls from webmasters but keep on billing the customers for new and recurring billing.
This is simply theft.
How can we report such billing processor activities to visa or mastercard?

pull out your card. flip it over. call the number on the back.

well, i have tried that already but that number is for individual users, not webmasters. I want to report billing processor that keep on milking the customers but never pay the webmasters
