whats your work out routine like ?
(10 minute run 5 minute walk) X 3
Each machine (8 reps till exhaustion) X 3 w/ 30 sec breaks between sets Freeweights till exhaustion. |
I pretty much stopped lifting since I quit rugby, but I used to use the "MAX-OT" workout.

I've been helping a friend with some painting work the last few months, so when I'm doing that I'm constantly holding up things over my head for an extended time, stretching to reach something, climbing ladders, walking rooftops, catching some sun, carrying heavy buckets of paint, equipment, loading and unloading, up and down flights of stairs, walking back and forth to the garage, etc etc.. and we hit up Golden Corral for lunch and I always have an awesome salad, followed by a bunch of veggies and whatever meats or food I want to pig out on, then some fruit usually leaves my stomach stuffed, then I burn some of that off for a few more hours working before heading home. GREAT fucking exercise! I love it. I don't think any gym type workout or exercises could match it or even come close, and to top it off I'm getting some extra spending money for it instead of paying for gym memberships.

At the end of each day I go for a one hour jog. Well not each day, but almost...

when I get airconditioning in 2 weeks I'm going to do 6 days a week:
8 dumbell curls 8 dumbell shoulder press x girls pushups (working up to real pushups - yes hercules is out of shape) then if I move to a new apartment with a lap pool and score some speed I'll try and burn off some fat swimming laps. then I'll try and score some steroids, but I can't do heavy gym until the mind probe stops. Bit hard to describe, imagine 2 guys punching you in the head constantly while trying to bench press 100kg. |
