Article: "Barack Obama gets an 'F' for protecting Americans "
http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/to...ing-americans/
Do you think its fair to give Obama an 'F' due to a failed bombing from a flight originating in another country? |

Obama could save a drowning nun and people would complain that he interfered with Gods will.

Bush has been out of office for over a year, it's funny that people are still comparing Obama to him.
I'll be fair, Obama hasn't done anything to reduce security that I know of, in fact, he has probably helped with his diplomacy But I feel that all this will get worse as Obama moves forward to move detainees to Chicago for court and give the terrorists a platform, when that happens, I foresee a rise in incidents like the one on Christmas day |

This so called act of terror was fake it was a smoke screen to keep all of our eyes and attention away from this.........................................
.................................................. .................................................. ...................... A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama's eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution. If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys working on the issue. In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants, which she had. In a second ruling, Carter ordered that attorney Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation can be added to the case to represent plaintiffs Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson, who had been removed by an earlier court order. Drake, the vice presidential candidate for the American Independent Party, and Robinson, the party's chairman, also were restored to the case. Want to know for certain where Obama was born? Demand the truth by joining the petition campaign to make President Obama reveal his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate! But the judge did not immediately rule on Taitz' motion to be granted discovery – that is the right to see the president's still-concealed records. Nor did Carter rule immediately on a motion to dismiss the case, submitted by the U.S. government, following discussion over Taitz' challenge to the work of a magistrate in the case. The judge did comment that if there are legitimate constitutional questions regarding Obama's eligibility, they need to be addressed and resolved. Carter ordered a hearing Oct. 5 on the motion to dismiss and ordered arguments submitted on the issue of discovery. If the case survives that challenge, a pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11 and the trial for two weeks later. The case would be the first time, according to Kreep, that the actual merits of the dispute will have been heard in open court. A multitude of such disputes have been rejected out of hand by various state and federal courts. Even the U.S. Supreme Court repeatedly has rejected urgent appeals to hear the evidence. The suit alleges Obama is actually a citizen of Indonesia and "possibly still citizen of Kenya, usurping the position of the president of the United States of America and the commander-in-chief." |
One thing I would like to add to this that alot of people forget.
Bill Clinton shouold have gotten an A, and I'll tell you why- Right before the turn of the century Bin Laden and Al Queda planned to blow up the space needle in seattle. It wasn't largely publicized, but I lived in Washington state during this time and shit was serious. They caught several operatives trying to cross the boarder into the country, they swabbed a ton of people flying around that time for bomb making materials, and even when it seemed fairly clear the plot had been thwarted they still roped off several city blocks around the space needle just to make sure. Bin Laden was HUGE on Clinton's radar and when he sent missles into the mountains of afghanistan he was accused of trying to shift attention from his personal scandals and wag the dog. The problem our government has is not the gathering of intellegence, it's acting on it once we have it. |

http://datingjesus.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/v58.jpg Gotta love a movement trying to prove someone isn't a born American citizen led by a coo-coo immigrant. Do some research on Orly Taitz. That broad is crazier than a shit house rat. Anyone who would get behind that one must be just as insane. :disgust |
I'd also like to go on record that overapplied mascara should be considered a sign of mental illness.

Thats right, ShellyCrash. I've posted many times over the years links to Clintons speeches where he BEGS the republican controlled congress to allow wiretapping of suspected terrorists just like we did with suspected drug lords. They wouldnt pass it.
Just like today, if Obama or any democrat or independent wants anything that upsets the status quo, the only thing republicans SEEM to do is throw themselves on the floor and engage maximum tantrum. |

Well no kidding? The point was to wiretap SUSPECTED terrorists just liked we had always tapped SUSPECTED drug king pins. If you have proof, it's not a suspect. Things are not as simple as you seem to think.
Here is a quote: "To extend the same power police now have against organized crime to save lives by tapping all the phones that terrorists use. Terrorists are as big a threat to our future, perhaps bigger, than organized crime. Why should we have two different standards for a common threat to the safety of America and our children? We need, in short, the laws that Congress refused to pass. And I ask them again -- please, as an American, not a partisan, matter, pass these laws now. " Full text of 1996 speech: http://www.pbs.org/newshour/conventi...nton_8-29.html If you want to tell someone to get a judge to give you a court order, tell the last administration. No wonder they wouldnt send Clinton a new wiretap bill, they didnt give a shit anyway when they got power. This is a powerful predictor of current and future behavior IMHO. |

Thats right, there's 240 terrorists in federal prison right now that were charged and tried under the previous administration. No complaints.
Engage maximum tantrum because a non-R did it. |

Also could you throw the civilian death toll in there as well. I want to make sure we're comparing apples to apples. |
Bush would get an F just like Obama got an F. Funny how liberals think that Conservatives are JUST complaining about Obama for the sake of complaining, while overlooking all of the shit he has caused.

You could say they share the blame, but to say bush has NOTHING to do with people dying in October is fucking retarded. Like starting a fire you can't control but saying you hold zero responsibility for what happens after somebody has to be brought in to deal with the mess. |

Bush stayed in office 8 years and lead the US into two Wars, kind of decisions that invite controversy and debate wheter you agree with them or not. Yet I defy you to find a single poster who wrote more about Bush during the course of those 8 years than Illtestyourgirls has written in the single year Obama has been in office :2 cents: |
So what some of you are saying is, it's ok for Obama to get the Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing, but it's NOT ok for him to receive an F for national security efforts? Hilarious. While we're at it, lets give him an F for economics.
