Improving Conversion Ratios For Our Paysites

Quick Question to the other Paysite Owners,
Like everyone, a tour, imho, should be a pamphlet on what the user will find in the members area, as well as why he or she should join your site as opposed to the other concepts in your particular niche.

I run a free site that has my promotional archives since 2005, in the format of one minute clips, 7 pics per model or shoot, as well as selling other sites in my niche, so aside from flash video previews, I have no downloadable images on my tour. If they search, they can find updates on my blog, etc.

I was just curious about the amount of promo video that seems to be the right mix of grabbing the consumer. Would you say small trailers with multiple girls do the job better than a 30 second to one minute clip of one girl, with little bits of her scene. Say one of your more popular models?

I know, I know, depends on what your selling and your market. It is still curious to me that a big tit site will have, pretty much the same types of marketing on the frontends, like 2-6 flash videos - page one, model directory, page-2, so on and so forth, as say a reality fuck site. So if the media delivery is pretty much the same....

I don't see too many trailers though. And keeping in mind that about 1/3-1/2 surfers are jerking off, while they are surfing and potentially buying, the mindset is to cum, and see how he feels about it afterwards. Is a trailer of multiple women, say 6 models in 10 second spurts doing hot shit more likely to grab attention than say just one popular girl doing whatever.

I have tried this experiment on my fhg's and i must say that people seem to dig trailers. They stay on the page longer and the clickthrough seems to be more right to the point. But what do you all think? Right reasoning or no?

trailers are 2/3 times better than scenes in CTR, maybe more. I think it's not a secret, so it always surprises me why site owners aren't paying attention to such marketing tool

one thing on our list of things todo after we get the mobile tour and members area online is to limit how many video preview the surfers can watch on the tour. Less is more sometimes. I think what works for anilos is that we have a tour page for each model.
