What do I need?
 

I am new to the adult industry, working on a few websites, but I wanted to know EVERYTHING that I would need in order to run a successful website / network without any issues, legal or not. (ie. Disclaimers, TOS, Privacy, etc.)

Also, I have some friends/associates who have access to a few females that are willing to do video as well as some snaps, but I wanted to know what type of documents I will need to publish these on the internet, what information I need to collect from them, etc.

The designs, websites, etc will be handled by me, everything else will be held by a couple friends I will be partnering with, incorporation would probably be best bet to protect us, correct? I already have a incorporation for my company, but would like to get a separate one for this project.

Would greatly appreciate any and all help.
