A tube just virused me.
 

That sucked. I had to restore a few days back and I am still not sure I got it. But that might slow down Tube growth if more tubes start virusing people.

surfer will soon figure out that they can avoid paying 29.95 buy looking for free porn but it will cost then a few hundred in computer repairs

I wish, but they're more likely to just stick to bigger tubes which are usually very surfer friendly.

surfer is not a webmaster, bigger tubes, think avg joe knows what the heck a bigger tube is? He knows the site that played videos for free

Send the abuse to their hosting provider, hopefully they shut that tube down...

Maybe the Tube got hacked through a common script? Happends all the time with TGPs and MGPs....

I am pretty sure it was keez movies but I had lobster tube open at the same time. I have not gone back to check as obviously it made it through once.

More like "Sorry but it was uploaded by one of our users. We will remove it right away."

before you restored, did you try and remove it yourself 1st?

The PDF virus/spyware got me bad last year, but I removed it manually and mailwarebytes worked also. I just got my wife a new dell laptop for xmas after her last one got creamed with an unrepairable virus. (I think we will renew the virus protection and Lojack yearly)

Yep tried to remove it. I use Nod32 but it was MS defender that caught it coming in but neither stopped it. kept loading harsher ones so I restored.

tgps and mgps have been fucking people with virus' for years.

I get those alerts on many tubes.

Not real tgps. Anything we ever put on somebody we got paid to do. lol
Just kidding. But we have never had a virus on our servers in 12 years. Never known The Hun or Persian Kitty or Greenguy or Shemp or Snake or any of the real tgp guys to have had one either.

Just the scripted cookie cutter looking fake tgps circle jerkers. They are an insult to me.

yeah the circle jerk mgps virused plenty of people and pushed people to clean tgps/mgps that didn't.

although any tube that slams a surfer with a virus will similarly push surfers to clean tubes. wont hurt tubes in the long run.

do you remember what the virus name was? I have been using firefox a lot these days...so far no problems.

I doubt it was keez. Might be possible if their servers got hacked, but that's unlikely.
