Solution For Hooper & Platinum
 

I personally believe that whatever account got the signups, that's who should get paid irregardless if the spammer put down the wrong codes. He should be taught a valuable lesson, double check your work...

My solution is:

Platinum should pay Hooper 1/2 of the payment, you have to pay for the signups, you can't keep all the money...

Hooper should receive 1/2 of it...

Both of you should show some class and put this behind you, is it worth $200 in future aggravation?

First off, it was a mailer, not a spammer. Big difference.
Secondly, it's the principle, the amount is a drop in the bucket for either company.
Lastly, please let this issue die and get resolved in the normal course of business.

I just dont see why Hooper would be trying to rip Dave off these guys make TONS of cash and they are fighting over 385$ i dont think Hooper would waste his time trying to steel so little plus he does not even want the cash hes telling DAVE to send it to Charity....
