Just a heads up that the scammer Dave Clements (Punch Bunny/Twisted Illustration) is operating under the name "Pint Size Design" now www.pintsizedesign.com. If you want to have your money stolen from you and never receive any work, use them.

He's in the UK, this is from work I paid for almost 7 years ago already, cops won't do shit. Annoying him/tarring his reputation until he decides to pay me back is pretty much my only strategy.

You tried ringing Novoda and talking to him?

It was for photo touchup work and a website design.

I managed to scare him by involving them and we've arranged a payment plan. We'll see how long this one lasts.
