Ive never tried the network so to speak, but if it really was so good, why does he need to find new clients every single month?

I personally use it every time i set up a new "relevant" site, which works out to be once every 1-3 months or so, when a site is relevant to his content. Other time's I'll set it up in order to get a trade going on a particular site when i just need some extra traffic. I just assume others do the same thing :2 cents:
