I got a Motorola Cliq for Christmas from my wife. I wanted to see what are some of your favorite android apps.

I like my android phone a lot better that the iphone.

Jewels is a fun game, so is solitaire. Facebook app is cool. Connectbot for ssh, AndFTP for sftp. dgAlertClassic will allow you to change some of the text message settings.

                    thanks

I also downloaded google sky maps. You hold your phone up and you get a live view of the stars. Pretty neat

Bloo is a better Facebook app than the official app.

I've got the Grooveshark beta and that's handsdown the best streaming music app I've used.

GDE or OpenHome if you're on a vanilla Android install. These usually let you customize the desktop a little bit more.

                      Spend you some brain.

Nobody mentioned Handcent SMS...that's a must have replacement for the standard SMS app.
