Store manages are probably lucky to break the $10 an hour mark...here in Western NY at least.

I'd guess a Regional Manager or something like that is making $50k or there abouts.

Agent 488 12-25-2009 08:37 AM

21k a year.

MrMaxwell 12-25-2009 09:00 AM

I'm pretty sure that "Franchise area director" and "Director of area operations" pay quite a little bit over 50, though..

Start out with mopping and next week its the fries.

the director positions will pay more for sure...but you will need actual experience to get such a job...managing your own link network isnt going to cut it when you discuss your qualifications

positions pay...

At Wendy's in Maryland, the general manager at the store level makes about $45k a year.

Having said that, Maryland is a more expensive state than most, so it's probably less in most areas.

I only know this because I dated a Wendy's manager many years ago. I kind of miss all of the free food...but not that person.

I was shocked to learn that the manager of WalMart's usually make well over $100k a year. Surprising, considering how little their employees make.

100K? Person would be lucky if made 50K at this position.

But I'm not an expert at this field.

You can think of me as the magical talking horse with a Christmas hat on gfy.

Agent 488 12-25-2009 10:48 AM

you would have to work your way up. i don't think your experience as a free stuff on craigslist reseller would qualify you for any of those positions.

woj 12-25-2009 10:59 AM

my guess would be 60k-80k, but like others have said you need some experience...

It's a rewarding position for the MIND, money is no object. You can smell cheap meat and spit in cop's burgers.

Stay away from the fast food biz. You will lose your sanity.
