I think you can edit your account options with each program and click...

E-Mail Option: x Please do not send any mailings to me.

Under edit your account settings, edit email settings, check the box that says "Please do not send any mailings to me." and save settings. But, for this to work, when the sponsor sends out affiliate emails, they need to check "do not send emails to resellers that have opted out." If the sponsore does not check that box when sending emails, it overrides the reseller opting out.
