    whats the deal with comcast?

    I just switched from AT&T ADSL to Comcast Cable thinking I'd get a better connection... well speedtest.net says I'm getting 15mbps now vs 6mbps

    The thing is watching youtube.com in particular I have to wait to buffer small regular clips?! whats going on here is comcast throttling video sites or something?

    everything else pretty much seems ok
