The guitar belongs to the station and his hat looks new, but there are other videos of the guy at their station and he really looks homeless. I don't know a lot about him though, just that they interviewed him on the street once for a bit, liked his voice and had him on the show then found out he was a musician.

Mustard was back on Opie and Anthony around 6 months ago or so and he'd cleaned up his act, quit drinking, got a job, and was living somewhere stable. Of course that was 6 months ago so who knows if he's fallen off the wagon or not.

Opie actually had him back in their studio a few times and was trying to get him to record an album but back then he was such an alcoholic mess they could never make it work. That shit was definitely not staged though, Opie and Anthony used to have homeless guys like Mustard and Tippy Tom (RIP) in their studio all the time, and used to have the Homeless Shopping Spree during Christmas every year before Sirius took over XM and completely fucking neutered their show...

Yeah, right. Their show was wilder back when they were on terrestrial radio, before the St. Patrick's cathedral incident. Much better back then, too, when you didn't have to listen to Anthony's fucking misinformed political rants. Such a ballwasher he is. They still have some good shows, every time Louis CK is on it's bound to be a good show. Like when he was on with Donald Rumsfeld.
