Dream Host with an invitation code in my sig for huge inexpensive monthly bandwidth.

I just went to sign up for a test account with naked/certified and Firefox warned me that the checkout page is only partially encrypted - what the hell is up with that? Doesn't fill me with confidence...

I will take a guess as im not a tech person but see it on many sites I visit.

The important data is encrypted but stuff like banners and graphics are not is my assumption.
