How great is The Jersey Shore?

I'm guessing they mean northern new jersey shore? I grew up on the shore of south jersey and for damn sure there were no people like these back when I was there.

I think it's brilliant. FOr the first time in MTV history, the producers got it right. I don't know whether it was intentional or unintentional(I'm thinking intentional), but they managed to put the 8 dumbest, most deluded human beings under one roof. I love this show..

Lol I'm 20 minutes form where this show is filmed and yes, it is 100% accurate. Seaside, Belmar are 2 of the main infestation points. The majority of this action comes in from Staten Island. It's not uncommon to see "Benny's Go Home" banners on all the overpasses on the Garden State Parkway, once summer time rolls around.

Must be something in the water.

Summer time was fun down at the Jersey shore when I had my fake ID @ 17.

LBI is fun, much older crowd and lots of locals.

Exactly. I grew up there and it was always the Bennys that were the problem. The locals are beach people.
