Cool places to visit in Costa Rica
 

I went to Costa Rica last year, (Manual Antonio) and I want to go again in Jan. Where should I go? I don't want to go anywhere too "touristy" and I can play golf in Florida. Any suggestions?

Nosara - you'll need a 4wd or a plane to get there

Monteverde, Quepos, arenal volcano, La Fortuna, montezuma

Pretty much all the destinations in the whole country could fall under the category of "too touristy." For a January beach visit I'd recommend Playas del Coco, Playa Samara, Montezuma, or Manuel Antonio.

Puerto Viejo and Tortuguero. If you have time enough go to Corcovado NP.

Fly into Liberia. Rent a little 4wd. 2 hrs, and you are in paradise. :thumbsup

Cahuita is a small town on the east coast I love. Alot of fun things to do and not touristy. You have both a black sand and white sand beach in the same town plus an amazing nature preserve.
