I personally hit up Joe and I believe this is 100% bullshit. We were talking back and forth and when I asked him for a username or an email or any information he completely disappeared.

Please contact me with the username that you used to the site. I've contacted both our processor and our backup processor and neither of them can find either you or anyone that has been charged $1500 or anything near that much. I tried searching for you via Name and emails (anything we could find for you on the internet). I am having them query the entire member database to see if they can find anyone with this issue but this would go along much faster if you contact me.
Did you contact Customer Service? Cause I contacted them to see if anyone had ever complained about having been charged this much money and they said no.
Please contact me asap so that we can get this issue resolved.
