Verotel users check your join pages
 

Hi, if you use verotel click on on of your join buttons and check that the country you are in is selected (for non USA users) if USA comes up then the GEO system isnt working. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Can you also email them so they can get a hurry up and fix this.:winkwink:

I'm using Tickets Club, the drop down box has the first entry (American Samoa) selected. Is that normally GEO'd? Or are you using the "full" system?

When I manually select my country and click on continue it seems to work.

I'm using the full system and for years it has always come up with the country that you live in, so the surfer never has to go searching through the hundreds of countries. But the past few days it's not working, just comes up the USA no matter where you live, and it's costing me and others a heap of $$$:Oh crap

They fixed it, but now it's not working again so check your join pages...:Oh crap I have emailed them but wont get a response for two days...
