Hamilton County authorities want to know more about how a four-year old boy managed to wander the streets drunk.

Deputies found him on Blue Spruce Road Tuesday morning, wearing a dress... and holding a partially empty beer can.

A police report indicates the dress he was wearing was a present, taken from underneath a neighbors Christmas tree.

The child was treated at the hospital for alcohol consumption.
