Flash Gods, I have a flash question...
 

I have an avi video I shot myself, and I want to play 4 seconds of that video on the homepage of my site, in flash, and have it replay over and over.

Do you know how I can do this? What program to use to do this? Im OK with video editing software but never worked with flash before.

And I want it in flash so everyone can see it.

Do you want it autoplay? and stoppable, like a movie player? or just a continuous loop?

Like is it meant to look like a video player or is it simply a video yuou want to implement and mesh into the design...

I guess stopable, so people can stop it if its annoying them.
