question re: internet speed issue.
 

when i run a speed test i am getting 20000+KB/s downloads but when i visit actual sites, even sites such as MSN, google images, etc, they are timing out or taking 30 seconds to load. and when i download files i am getting about 400-600KB/s or less.

i've contacted my ISP, no dropped packets coming or going and a 78ms average ping so it appears all the hardware is fine.

any ideas? this is on 3 different browsers- ie, ff and chrome.
