He is a fucking asshole/spammer that ripped off my buddy at exploitedteens.com. He even stole all his designs. I would steer clear of this queer!~

Underage content is pretty common in the Asian niche and widely ignored. Over the years I spent a lot of time screaming myself blue about it but other then getting blacklisted for "not being a team player" pretty much nothing happened. This guy is more blatant and slimly then most however.

I own exploitedteens.com and exploitedblackteens.com i have no affiliation with that Asian site what so ever. He basically ripped my site and renamed his affiliate program after mine. Do a who is on his site...it says he is in Bangkok. I have complained to ccbill personally about this site. The girls are clearly underage, ya think ccbill would take a look at this site and request 2257 documention. Any here know anyone that gives a fuck at ccbill that would atleast take a look at this shit?

ccBill and iBill don't give a crap as long as the underage girls aren't White. They'll crack down on you in a second if your blonds look a little underage but you won't even get a reply if it's Asians. Tried too many times. Same shit all the time, hide behind an offshore Custodian of Records (who won't fax or email proof) and just claim that all Asians look young.

Too many of the big boys use Japanese content with questionable or nonexistent documentation and they put a lot or pressure on not to rock to boat. The Asian niche is an absolute sewage pit when it comes to age and licensing.

I'd agree. This is the first thing that comes to mind when I see this content.

You will never see 2257 info or IDs on two kinds of content, Asian "hotel" amateur content and Urabon. Urabon is illegal in Japan, the guy with the missing pinky is not checking to make sure the model he hired for his illegal porn shoot has two forms of ID. I have NEVER seen any 2257 documentation on ANY Urabon- and the girls look underage more often then not. Plenty of American content dealers sell the stuff but the Custodian of Records is always overseas and will never show proof of age- yet Urabon is still a staple for all the large Asian sites because it's cheap hardcore filler for a members section. No one gives a rats ass if it's underage so long as the signups keep coming and everyone keeps quiet about it.

Going after after the occasional underage site with blue eyed blond haired girls is good press for the adult industry and helps keep the money flowing, bringing to light that an entire niche is saturated with unlicensed and underage content is bad for the bottom line so will never get the same kind of attention.

Nah, no one outside the Asian niche gives a crap and most people in the niche are guilty of playing it fast and loose with their content so are inclined to stay quiet. You know how many times I've tried to get the Adult media to run articles on this? We'll wrap this thread up, couple of people will file it in their heads under "interesting tidbits" and it will be back to business as usual.

Whats sadder is that to circumvent this lack of supply, webmasters feel it justifiable to utilise 100% illegal content because of this lack of supply.

It has been said a million times, the content producer who makes some great asian content and makes it regularily will be rich.

Not at all, I have the largest Adult content production facility in New York and Asian models coming out my ears- and I can only shoot enough content to keep my own sites updated. The minute I give up an exclusive it's fair game for everyone and his brother to steal the content and post in their paysite and TGP galleries. Why would people stay when stealing is the norm?

I send out the C&Ds to all the webmasters who steal my content, after a few days and the gallery has been listed and made it's money maybe they take it down. I know tons of Asian paysites have my content, I can't spend all my time joining them to find the content now can I? Most of the owners are overseas, the few that are here don't have enough assets to justify bringing legal action. Even with exclusive use I have a hard time tracking all the theft down- often it's an hour out of every day and here in NYC labor cost is NOT cheap. But the cost of legal action against a foreign site owner is usually a lot more then the theft costs.

You don't even want to think what a 3000sq ft studio costs to run in NYC, and I pay my models top dollar- but have to compete head to head with sites that feature "200,000 Asian teens" all downloaded for free from Japanese sites and newsgroups. Asian content is only valuable if you have time and resources to spend all your time keeping it from being stolen. Trust me, being legal in the Asian niche is a millstone around the neck. No surfer ever joins a site because he cares that your models are actually legal.

I don't have any problems with Yellow Fever. Most of the complaints about it come from misguided Asian American Studies 101 "I'm a victim too!" brainwashing at the local liberal arts college. Heck I prefer Asian girls, race is not much of an issue with guys but I rarely date non-Asian girls and when I do it always seems a little weird. My statement on the matter is so long as they think I'm a slut AND Asian, not a slut BECAUSE I'm Asian then it's all good:-)

I do know that companies are possibly slow to act on possible underage Asians because a high percentage of asians look younger than they do. I am around asians damn near exclusively in my life except my own Italian family and most look years younger. If they chased down every asian girl who was 18 but looked 16 or less, they would need alot more man power.


On a side note, I am always telling people how there is no good asian mega sites on the net. If I see one more fucking newsgroup pic from 8 years ago on a splash page, I will puke. :)

Too bad about the content thing tho - there really is a lack for it. I think if a few big boys could be persuaded to use legit content then things would change. At this point tho, I doubt any big boys will change because it just lowers their profit - actually paying for content when you could easily just get it for free...
