Is Sedo not the worst?
 

Dear lord finally purchased a domain through them and everything is fucked.

How exactly is everything fucked? Usually the worst thing Sedo ever does is nothing. Just curious. I buy and sell there all the time and can maybe help you.

I can't even change my last name. Its wrong

I tried to verify my CC. It took it, then Mastercard calls me the next day asking if its authorized. I say YES.

Then it says I'm still NOT authorized.

Tells me to go to my transfer center and there is nothing there. :(

Don't know what you mean by the change your last name part but if you haven't sent them a message through the transfer center, do that explaining what you're experiencing. Obviously too late to expect an answer today (Monday) but they should answer it tomorrow. Sometimes they operate slowly with stuff - like I said, the worst thing they ever do is nothing, meaning taking a long time for something or flat out sitting idle on a transaction when something needs to be done. This sounds more like they are just taking a while to confirm verification.

I'm not worried about my transfer. I just can't believe how piss poor the admin is in such a big company.

Yea, unfortunately a necessary evil. I've seen a lot more business there than other marketplaces over the past few years. Afternic used to be able to compete but anymore it's futile.

With Sedo I get gruff with them the moment it seems like they're sitting down on the job - have had too many transactions take MONTHS with them.
