Any mainstream program that have ads targeted for russian traffic? Something that will do good on a blog, exept adsense.... ?

What's your blog targetted to, I just happened to be signed into Neverblue and did a quick search,they've got a handful of offers that convert on traffic from Russia...

It's for my brother in law, he is 18 and probably want to write about computers and games, as I understand. His english is decent, but I think he want to write in his native language, russian. So - targeted to russians :) He will use adsense, but should have some ither programs as well....
