Why cant client pay there fucking hosting bill ... ?
 
Due for Sep 10th, Oct 10th, Nov 10th and December 10th ...

Email sent last week : no answer

Email sent now:

Service interrupted for nonpayment is subject to a $25.00 reconnect charge during normal business hours ( outside of those, the fee is $ 75.00 ). Accounts not paid by due date are subject to a $5.00 late fee.

I really have no interest in having to run after 10$ a month like this. If you cannot pay your bill on time, please go to another provider... I am sure they will have no issues with you not paying .

Never have these problems with mainstream ... and I have kept only very few virtual adult accounts ...

well like, we have one colocation customer whose about $25,000 in debt to us, and we're just now about to pull the plug on him after giving him several months to try and catch back up. however, he's been a stable customer for a number of years leading up to this point.

What backend are you using?
I use WHMCS and it's all automated.

I pay my hosting bill within 2-5 days after getting it each month. If I couldn't pay I wouldn't expect my host to keep my servers up and running either. They are running a business and expect to be paid on time. If they don't get paid they could be in jeopardy of not paying their bills either and then everyone on their network could go down.:2 cents::2 cents:

If those hosting and those sites managed by only one person something could happen to that person. He/she can get to hospital, or accidentally die. Try to find customer and if no luck shut his account down and newer think anything bad about that person!

Like this month, due the 15th of june ? We are the 26th ? Maybe you would have paid the 27th ?or the 30th .. or maybe the 3rd of july .. or not at all.


What is so hard to pay your bills ? If I didn?t pay my bandwith provider, your sites would be down.

Now, I lost time for nothing. Please pay up or go to another host .. I am sure they will supply you hosting for free and provide support.

Again, if it was done on time, there were be no questions about this .

Well, in fact, I wont calculate ... I have a billing software that dooes that ... My job is to provide webhosting, not accounting reconciliation for late paying customers....

If I was him, I would pay and move .. considering the sites are still up ...

But what do I know ...

Point is, you aren't the only person with nonpaying clients. A $10 nonpaying client is a drop in the bucket. Is this the first you have had?

So uh, a non paying client who isn't paying their $10 a month is a problem? There's a good chance they probably don't even remember that they have hosting with you. I bet they probably aren't even involed in adult anymore and figured, "fuck it, I'll just let everything run out and get suspended, it's easier than cancelling".

also don't forget that if sponsors don't pay, the affiliate can't pay.. hosting companies should understand this.. But if they don't.. well, there is always a cheaper place to go..
