yep i did, our first design had many useles things... and myself would prefer if aff programs just keep things simple.. at least on the front page.. then on the inside we make things a bit more "complex"..

Street Babes is missing the second t and Busty Isabel is spelled wrong on The Network page pop-up. Also I cannot get to the bottom of that page (it cuts off after the screenshots of Valerie On Fire, Xtreme Victoria and Torbe Pass).

no menu bar is gonna throw off people and makes the site looks like it lacks content.

your logo doesnt even stand out, are you trying to brand or not?

why would you show the sites then when u click on them it shows them again? shouldnt it list what the site is about.

to much white there is no color change between titles and the txt under it, your eye doesnt know what to look at.

your join form is at the bottom, unless the last thing you want people to do is join id move it.

style the scrollbar, this is a cash program not a surfer site. looks amateur or you dont know how to do it.

as the sites scroll there is nothing with them, not category no nothing just images. it doesnt make me want to find out anything about the site. and when u do click it see stated above.

you have a guy with a pirate sword what does that have to do with the site or even making cash? at least put a treasure chest next to him.

there is no hover or image change on your call to action buttons, doesnt induce me to click.

the fadebox that pops up when you click on the sites is to long and gets cut off.

next to login it should have a txt signup like "not a member signup"

first of all, its not a paysite, its an aff site, so many things you point there does not apply.

about the logo, im pretty sure the pic and the logo stand out, but thanks for sharing.

if webmasters dont join the program because they cant find the join button at the bottom, then im probably not losing any sales from him...

about the scrollbar, i did style it but as you probably know it only works on IE unless you use some script for it.. and then we did but the script had conflict with IE8 so i got pissed and removed it... if you have a better solution i appreciate you share it with me. thanks.

I would change the "see all" button to "view all". For some reason "see all" sounds engRish to me.. and I agree with metalman about the logo in the header, and the http in the current version of the logo is so useless. Who types the http:// anymore?

Overall though.. it is way better than most of what I have seen on this board in the last month of poking around.

agreed.. "see all" sounds weird, english is not my first language so sometimes i just dont see things till someone points them out for me :)

I assume the company in your sig did all those sites. I really like the style. We should chat if you need a guy who can slice up your designs into valid html/css. Drop those tr's and td's. I can also offer a service to write or at least proofread the copy for your tours or even press releases like this thread.

about using divs, yes we usually do all our stuff using divs... going to adapt this one someday this week...

anyways thanks for taking a look, im not here for the drama ;)

its not about "wtf are they doing in this business" design is meant to be functional not changing the world of design but small things overall add up to 1 big thing.

why not make things easier and more appealing if at all possible? i constantly drive to have a perfect formula, constantly tinkering my formula, those small differences are seen as design flaws. and if you arent working your formula to it's full capacity then how would you know what it is or isnt capable of?

we live in a world today where media and life are being blurred and small differences do make ALL the difference. image is a huge deal. you still need to have the goods, yes, but if you arent pushing your image to it's full extent then you are just shooting yourself in the foot for no reason.

you can have a shitty product and an amazing image and sell it like crazy. but if you have a good product and a shitty image it wont sell. im not saying you have a shitty product just trying to show you why your thinking is flawed for this particular case.

that is just my opinion, and i know it is right. fact is fact.

i like the page i am trying to give constructive criticism. this time years ago is when i stopped worrying about how big my balls were and started to realize a professionals opinion on my site may not always be correct but i am open to how and why they think that way. each and everytime it not only saved me money but also made me even more.

lets say you are a webmaster looking for a new sponsor...

what are the things you look after and in which order?

the sites? content? is it exclusive? (now i notice i forgot to mention content is exclusive, even thou it might be obvios but better be clear on this point)

continue... ad tools we provide? is it alive? (news)

etc... things webmasters would concider important and cant find on the site...

im trying to make an objetive site here... i know its not perfect and needs work..

for example i forgot to clarify the payment options... i think this point is more important than any of the things you pointed out to me.. even thou no-one noticed it.. so makes me wonder why.. may be they dont care and assume i have all the basics?

no one is telling you anything because they are only trying to increase their postcount and or kiss your ass to somehow use you for their own gain in the future.

yes those points you made are huge, especially exclusive, if you go out of your way to shoot custom content people want to know that. that right there is a selling point in itself.

i cant really say what to hightlight the most as it's your product, i am just commenting from a design perspective.

hey all my sites need work also but the fact that i always see room for improvement makes me sleep well at night. this way you at least know that there is more room for potential and that is always a good thing.
