Props for trying something different. I like the idea of these new video reviews. The Live Reviews example is pretty impressive example although judging by the production value, I'm not convinced that they'll be able to stay ad free for long. You're on to something but I agree with you that in this case, you almost made a video that was watchable. Personally, I couldn't bare it but then truth be told, I wasn't too interested in what the people on the Live Review streams had to say either. Was all "blah blah blah" to me. I'd rather read a review than wait for them to get through their long winded monotone teleprompter reading. Perhaps a mixture between the written reviews and ratings that have been the standard for a while, along with a short and concise video review as well (kinda like Cnet.com reviews), might be just right.
