Bankruptcy in Canada is pretty serious. It's not like you can keep your house like in a lot of US states. I don't think he's having a good time.

But evidently he can keep domains worth much more then the amount discharged. Also collect a salary to run said domains. Doesn't sound that serious to me. You can do some pretty shady stuff in the states during bankruptcies too so maybe it is just the way they work.
