Using free hosted galleries on your site

I am busy with a new website. I'm planning to use the pictures from free hosted galleries and use them in my own layout. I am still promoting only the program from the fhg's on these pages.

Is this allowed?

I would check with the sponsors you get the FHG's from, some may be ok with it but I would guess more will not be. Best thing you can do is ask. No one here is in a position to answer you for on the programs behalf.

Agreed. If you use only the pictures in a members area you might get into some deep water. If you use the whole gallery is will be easier and more acceptable.

The only thing I will use are the pictures of movies that are in the free hosted gallerie3s,

I have just emailed some sponsors I want to use.

How do you plan to do this.. I know making your own galleries but are you talking on a tgp site??

Do you plan to submit the galleries?

I will use them on my own TGP site. It will be full of my own galleries that are made from fhg content. I do not plan to submit the galleries. For that I use the free content that is deliverd by the sponsors.

I am going to ask all my sponsors wether they allow to use their fhg content or not on blogs also.

I have never had a problem with any of my material being used by affiliates. Its to do the same job as a tour, make money by showing what is on offer. :2 cents:

When you say your own layout, your not talking a members area, you mean a tour, a FHG promoting the sponsors websites?

If this is the case, see my sig & check out any of our galleries, clips, pics etc.. :thumbsup

people give away full length members areas on their sites nowadays.
