Question is how much should you pay your female models ? what about male ? How should you pay them ?

Where do you get the models ?

How do you charge people in Asia like thailand, korea, japan, china ? what about europe ? does CCbill only work for american consumers ?

another concern I have is really protecting my identity. I am thinking of incorporating offshore, and creating an anonymous corporation (from what i've read).

now has anyone done this before? which off-shore jurisdiction is best?

If you are in the US, offshore wont matter. And you really wont be able to protect your identity. Websites dont go to jail, people do.

And as for civil lawsuits, again if you are in the US it wont be that hard to find you. Someone with enough money and a PI will be able to do it. You probably already gave your info to GFY so therefore someone already knows who you are.

For civil -- no, a lawyer would just have to go through the Hague Convention to serve you in Canada. Its not that tricky.

As for criminal - if you ever even touch down in the US on a flight passing through, the FBI can come aboard the plane and arrest you. The FBI did this to a guy from Brazil that was charged with obscenity and two other guys that violated that US online gaming laws.

If you aren't aware what a model earns and don't own any equipment, stop trying to think of a way to outsmart law enforcement. Having no models and gear is a lot better for you than having models, gear and a jail sentence.
