Dear Webmaster-

Thank you for choosing CCBill as the VISA IPSP for your website?s online transactions. Now that the initial registration deadline is over, we wanted to offer you some helpful details on your Registration Fee Credit.

We are extremely pleased to announce that if you are registered with us as a US-Based Sponsored Merchant, you can now check the status of your VISA IPSP Registration Fee Credit online on the Webmaster Admin at https://reports.ccbill.com/altindex.cgi. To check the status of your credit, simply:

1) Log into Admin for the main account noted above;

2) Click on the green Billing Status tab;

3) Your IPSP Registration Credit information will be on the Billing Info Screen, positioned below your detailed Billing info, and above your Visa Accounts information.

The following are the updated details on the credit:

The credit applies to your new transactions only, not rebills.
Credits will be included in checks distributed sixteen days after the period when the credit was calculated. ie: Credits calculated for transactions run 12/01-08/02, will be included in the check distributed on December 23, 2002, or 16 days after the calculated credit period.
The credit will be equal to CCBill?s processing fee % as specified in our contract with you.
CCBill will pay the credit for a maximum of 39 weeks or until the registration fee has been completely rebated, which ever occurs first.
