Virtual Phone Service Recommendation
 

My business is starting to investigate virtual phone services. I need a service that will allow us to present callers with a menu of options and then route route the call to a land line. I need to be able to change the routing via a phone interface, ideally configuring it to ring different numbers at different times. It would also be very nice if calls to this number that weren't answered would get hosted voice mail instead of my employees personal voice mail.

I've found one company that looks promising http://www.voicemailtel.com that looks promosing and am wondering if anyone has had experience with them or could recommend someone else.
