Not much, never going to have a six pack but based on some people experiences its not worth the pain to have it fixed and I could have it done free.

AIbenjamink 12-01-2009 02:11 PM

I live on the fifth floor and before I could hardly breathe if I took the stairs now I run up the stairs 90% of the time.
Life if so much easier in every aspect.

96ukssob 12-01-2009 02:24 PM

damn, thats awesome man :thumbsup

ive probably put on 35lbs in the past year which I am trying to loose, but its not easy with working all the time. before I had two friends that we used to go to the gym together, then my gf and I would go, but now she has to get up early, so going to the gym at like 9pm isnt an option and its hard for me to get motivated
