Man you guys are fucking frustrating to deal with.

I have 5 credit cards, 3 loans 7 bank accounts in 3 countries and several corporations and NONE of them were as hard to get as a simple fucking epassporte account.

I do no think that making it fucking impossible to get into your precious system is a reasonable response to possible fraud. I think that given your obvious obsessive level of concern over this you should probably just close the fuck down.

I heard there are some people in India who speak a little English these days, you should maybe look into HIRING SOME OF THEM FOR YOUR CALL CENTER OVER THERE.

Also, it doesn't make much sense to me to have all this goddamn security if your going to skip the important step of getting a fucking DNA sample from people who want to open an account.

Shit, while you're at it, why don't you require a 5 bazillion dollar bond be put up in case anyone does anything unseemly with the couple hundred bucks they may run through their epassporte account.

Seriously though, it would be less infuriating if in order to verify your identity with the "not-speekie-so-goodie-englie" operator if they could just ask one or two questions instead of making you recite your entire user profile to them. Especially since they CANT UNDERSTAND A SINGLE FUCKING WORD YOU TELL THEM!!!

I have been offered epass accounts by various sponsors but I wanted to get one on my own.

I guess that was not the most efficient way to do it, but my point stands that Epass is unnecessarily difficult due to the fact that they seem to be unclear on the difference between red tape and security, and that a language barrier is not the same thing as a security protocol.

I love the indians from epassporte! they are funny, one time they gave me extra 4k to my account and were like..."is the balance ok now sir?", i've been honest though and told them no...

Yeah, I'm in the process of opening an epassporte business account and the laundry list of shit they need is ridiculous. Meanwhile my paypal business account was ready in ten minutes.

Exactly, I applied for a business account too but it became clear that it was easier to open the business itself than to get a damn epassporte business account. That's why I'm trying to get a personal one now.

Ehhh, have had some very bad experiences with epassporte. Although I can't say that partially that wasn't because of the ass hole who was supposed to be paying me rather than epassporte itself.

Took me about a month to get my ePassporte account. Cost me $40 in IDs and countless hours going to and from the city.

Not to mention the constant requests for an ePass business account holder to pay me.

OP is 100% correct, ePass is so fucking hard to get it's not funny.
