Has anyone been getting sick latley?
 

I don't know whats up but this last two months have been SHITTY! Last night an hour before bed my throat starts hurting was like prolly yelled to much at the kids. Woke up this morning can't breath worth a shit and my throat is KILLING me... ARGH#$% I have been sick 3 freaking times in the last two months.

Has anyone else noticed that they have gotten more colds, flu, sick more this year then normal?

Everyone in my house is sick. =(

Yup...... I got sick about 6-7 weeks ago and JUST got my voice back to full strength a couple of days ago, but still have a damn sore throat. My kids have been more sick than usual........ not really like "beat you down sick" but just sick enough where ya just don't feel good........... we have been that way for about 3 months here..... seems to be recycling itself thru all of us...... but I am the lucky one that just gets to KEEP it while they all get breaks. :(

Well that at least makes me feel a little better my moms house everyone is sick there too. SHit my kids are just getting over being sick a few weeks ago my little one anthony almost died if i didnt take him to the hospital when i did the doc's said he wouldnt of wokeup. He had the flu and he is 3 he threw up so much and had the runs that he was dehydrated, low potasium, and his blood sugar was too low. So the hospitals calls an AMBULANCE I was like FUCK they took him to the childrens hospital. he still aint 100%


My freaking chest is killing me my throat and my sinus. My neice has tonsilitis so Im scared now Im going to catch what ever she has.. THIS REALLY SUCKS I may just go out to the docs if I keep going down hill :(

For the past two weeks I have been in this weird 'almost sick' zone. I get chest infections really easily so I keep having trouble breathing, stuffy nose, hard time sleeping, etc. Part of me wishes that if I am going to be sick it would just happen so I can get it over and done. blah :Oh crap

Yea it really sucks donkey piss it started last night with tummy cramps and then the throat and now today tummy cramps throat and chest is killing me IT HURTS so bad to smoke lol and NO I aint quiting screw that I quit drugs/drinking I need something to help me calm down with my two boys lol

Well THANK god i posted and asked cause it started worring me. I was like FUCK am I dieing or some shit.... I had a cold which lasted about 3 weeks.
~ a normal cold for me only lasts about 1 week.

That was 2 months ago and nothing new has happened.

You can trace any illness through chain of contact.

Multivitamins, exercise, good food, sleep, no *alchohol* or *stimulants*. The worst thing is stress. If you're angry or can't relax you can't get better.

It's also good to get checked for the sexually transmitted stuff just in case.
