i wonder the same thing - facebook no doubt knows about it - either they don't care or they're planning to sue but haven't gotten around to it yet.

maybe offhore? if they are not in the US and servers are also elsewhere might be hard for facebook to get them.

I see absolutely no problem with that site.

The term facebook is not trademarkeable same as tube is not. Otherwise all the <whatever>tube.com domains would be in problems.
