We are currently working on a network switching problem that is affecting customers in the cage they are in. I expect things to be back online shortly and will update all clients with full information once this is resolved.

Wow.. nice response ... every host has downtime... few post on a board when someone asks about a particular client. :thumbsup

We have all technical hands working on this issue and I'm on that conference call in addition to ICQ, email, phone, ticket system and monitoring boards so that our clients have as much information as possible.

It doesnt get any better than this... In a perfect world, servers would never go down, but we all know we dont live in a perfect world...

Knowing that I can sleep through the night not having to worry about things like this are wonderful.
