webcams.com/whitelabels questions
 

i have gone over to webcams.com after camdough moved their database and i lost my logo / custom background / and stats were always incorrect , no sales after they changed ?

Sick of arguing with them and have moved to webcams, now at webcams.com their whitelabels say to change cname to webcams.com , which of course takes you to their site and not my whitelabel ?

One of the sites i have is asiansexchannel.tv and i also tried to do nameservers as

webcams.asiansexchanel.tv ........ but no luck

I did send admin an email but no reply as yet , so i thought i would try here just to see if anyone has had simular issues

I just did this. I wasnt able to do it myself but I went to LiveChat with a HostGator employee and I had them do it.

Go to your host and ask them to do it. HG couldnt do the CNAME but they were able to do the A Record.

I did it two days ago I ask my hosting provider teck to do it and they were available to make it work in one minute following their instructions

Not sure what happened to your WL at Camdough. I have one there and it's still up and getting some sales. I wasn't even aware that they moved databases and whatnot.

Webcams.com and CamDough.com both have some pretty badass white labels, so you really can't go wrong with either.

Well I am glad I was able to help you, you've forgot to add your domain name in the "Domain name and surfer pricing options", the White Label will not work without those.

i was happy with camdough considering i had www.asiansexchannel.tv which was a good fit , but then they changed their data center and my logo and custom changes disappeared ? , i spent a longtime telling them my visitor stats were way off and once they finally changed the way they tracked that what was 70 became 1700 but yet there were still new sales although google analytics told me 90 visits to the buy credit page a month and with an average time of over 13 minutes on the site and the fact that i lost all my custom changes and the incorrect reporting of stats means i lost trust in them , but i hung in there asked for the domain to be deleted so i could re-install

the answer ............there's nothing wrong with the website

i would have deleted it had i been management , they didn't so i moved on

Webcams support=worse in the world,don't bother getting back to you,cut you off half way through a convo and so on.........

You only get out of it what you put into it. If you are a sheep in this world, you're not going to get much out of it.

Any word yet Daniel, when they are going to fix the white label in regards to having the "our" logo in the join page as well? I think you recall our other thread asking about this issue.

It's been weeks now, and I am getting the impression that it isn't going to be fixed.

Please let me know I am wrong and it will be fixed. We'd like to rep your product.

I can't imagine it taking more than a couple days to fix this. ??

It's been VERY bad... I used to do steady sales every week with them. But now... no sales at all for a two weeks...

I think I'm moving my WL to someone else.

I don't know how the other affiliates rep your product when the consumer clicks on the join page and is taken to a whole other page and their brand is gone. ?????

Just tell me, "no, fuck off, we are not going to fix it..."

"We are on this and we'll fix it within a few days."
