I'd make it a bit more colorful. Take out some of the block style design and get some smooth curves in there.

It was loading slow and I'm on a DSL line.

Page 2 there is something wrong with your code, things were overlapping.

your front page on the link above the image/photo loads to slow
it's to big you should shrink it? and you have way to much text for
the surfer stay and read The common factor in this way of thinking is look at your clock give it 10seconds then the (surfer)is closing/board/ and moving on..make it short and sweet..
lastly the page URL below. is pretty broken lines. spaced out and needs work? be it your's or the sponsors? colour is horrible.

If the 2 paragraphs at the bottom of the page are supposed to be read by the surfer they need to be broken up into smaller paragraphs..make it flow more or cut it back some.

Your graphic work is good but I'm not seeing much that really tells me what the site is about on the front page.

The sample pic on the second page would be better opening as bigger sample.

I am working Only the 1st page right now.... the orange color is not mine,i will redisign that too.... also would like to know if I should random the top mage or stick to one of them, and if yes, which one?

Not bad. Could use a bit of color. There's too much text at the bottom and too much blank space beside the photos up top.

I get what your doing there. I view at 1280x960 and it looks big, I would hate to view it at 8x6. If your going with the block design, I'd goof around with breaking them vertically also, maybe some shadow or something to pull them off the Backgorund.
