Did Obama and Co ink the deal on his impeachment?

Investors were puzzled when Warren Buffet pushed all his chips in this month making a $34 billion bet on Burlington Northern Railroad in what everyone at the time thought was a strange deal. Well as it turns out it was business as usual in Washington instead. It now appears pretty obvious that it wasn't a bet but more like a fixed game. At the same time Obama was rubbing shoulders with China's leaders and taking bows to Japans, General Electric was inking a deal with China outsourcing a new high speed railway here in America all guaranteed at the tax payers expense.

Good connect the dots but where does the impeachment fit in?

BTW the bows thing I don't get why everyone is making a big deal about that. It's no different then shaking hands here.

Lot's of people aren't too happy about backroom deals going on and handing out multi-billion dollar tax payer guarantees on such. There's more to this story but I thought I wold keep it short and simple. Rumor has it that Obama is shaking in his boots over this one though. We'll see if it's just a rumor or the real deal soon enough I think.

When you bow to someone you are basically saying they are above you.

bow: to bend the head, body, or knee in reverence, submission, or shame

He's America's leader and bowing to other leaders which suggests he is speaking for us all in doing so.

It is about time we update our rail system...as we have been behind the curve for to long. Good for GE and good for the Administration as it will be good for the country.

onwebcam 11-22-2009 01:52 AM

Oh yeah this is great. GE and Berkshire both of which were nearly bankrupt and have been on tax payer life support ink a deal with a foreign country to build a high speed railway here which gives them more tax payer money. Makes a lot of sense. lol This isn't about building a railway. It's about covering GE and Buffets asses and throwing China a bone while they are at it. All done without the consent of Congress I might add and once again at tax payer expense.

Just another one of those. "Oh look it's going to create 3500 jobs" but its going to cost you tens of billions of dollars

theking 11-22-2009 02:04 AM

Faster and more efficient rail delivery equals lower costs to the consumer...which I am a consumer. Good for GE...good for the Administration...good for the country.

The Messiah can't do wrong, oh hail Osama. Please, outsource more billion dollar infrastructure projects to China. Lowest unemployment since 1982? Who cares!! Obama rules. 9023458923890489023480923498032trillion deficit? Who cares?! Obama rules.

It is a HUGE deal.

It shows Obama as the weaker and less important person. As deep as it was, it was a servants bow. Unless you are OK with the President of the United States, submitting to the Emperor of Japan, then you don't have anything to worry about.

It also shows the lack of experience Obama really has. It was amateur hour and Obama is the laughing stock of Asia right now. It's all over TV. One of the most powerful men in the world, just gave a servants bow to the Emperor of Japan. Nobody of such power bows like that. Also note that the Emperor of Japan did now bow back. Japanese culture would say that out of respect, Obama should get a bow back, but Obama gave too deep a bow and the Emperor of Japan would NEVER return such a thing.

The President of the United States is a rank amateur and he's now showing it, one bow and dumb move at a time.

Are you kidding me, impeach Obama? Shit, he's going to get the key to the universe for doing... nothing. He is the biggest presidential joke in US history, and I voted for him.

He fooled me once, he won't fool me again. When this porch monkey is finished with his term, the American people will rejoice in the streets when he is out of office.

I don't even know why I even clicked on this thread. The contents made me know why questioning was right, don't click shitty threads.

I didn't vote for him.

"I told you so."

I did and I'm VERY disappointed in him so far.

Every president bows, kisses the cheek, hand, ring, etc of other world leaders and/or the people based on the customs of the region. Kind of stupid to pretend like this is new to Obama.

And ... another "non" shocker is the Gov, Presidents and people in power handing out Gov contracts, pushing things in directions that fits them, and using tax dollars to do it.

Hell, the mass majority of the Country was against going to war with Iraq, worst actual debt in history created for a lie, against all those contracts paid to hired killers, and the hand out to the companies that were allowed to build first....

At least the railway is money into our Country, jobs for people... another way to travel, a way to open the economy up.. but yeah, Obama isn't murdering people, so fuck him!

Warren Buffet made a bet on the Burlington Northern Railroad,
Investors were puzzled - they hesitated to jizz a load.
Obama is down with China and Japan,
Obama will tell them, "forget about Hiroshima / Nagasaki",
"Let's just say we got lucky Hitler didn't win."
Maybe he'll try to play King Pin.

You might want to go back a bit further than that.

PurrrsianPussyKat 11-22-2009 06:54 PM

Didn't the chinese build our original rail system?

marketsmart 11-22-2009 06:56 PM

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh god some of you people are dumb...

this is business as usual for washington... its not obama thats getting worse,

its the govt... congress pretty much knows they can do whatever they want..

the overall corruption in this country right now is staggering..

but keep focusing on obama, or bush, or whoevers next...

thats what the govt wants...

i thought even the dumbest people in the US figure out by their early 20's that the president doesnt actually run the country... :2 cents:
