have you ever browsed/posted on GFY using Lynx?

lynx is ok for text browsing and such, if you want better formating you can use elinks.

I designed my first webpage with lynx... had inline images and fonts that I didn't see until several months later when I used a comp with Windows For Workgroups and IE 3. :1orglaugh

mine has blue, red, purple, and black text, and of course the old style 'reverse' type of block with letters in it

I'm a little surprised this got any responses, other than "what's lynx".
I'm not sure what you mean about the scrolling. I use the arrow keys
and page up / page down to scroll and I'm happy with it. Not that I use
lynx that often. Seamonkey, the more featureful big brother of Firefox,
is my main browser.
