Starting your own blog host
 

Hi. I've been considering starting my own blog host. Something along the lines of thumblogger but obviously not on that scale :)

The thinking is to create a blogging host where people can create their own sub domains and then both myself and the owner of the sub domain can take advantage of the link benefits.

Has anyone else done this and what as your experience been? Does anyone have any input on this topic?

i didn't have experiences but i think is a very complex thing to start your on hosting service. i' waiting for some experts of the field

I've got a few. They all run Wordpress MU. Here's the issue: you will have thousands of blogs automatically created and used by people trying to create link farms.
