Someone with the right background. knowledge and money should start a company that buys unpaid debt (Good and confirmed unpaid B2B invoices etc etc)

Right now they could make a fortune!

why not go to a regular collection agency? i have one client where I will try that if there will be no payment soon. and i can even do that from here when the client is in the US

If i was offering i wouldent take less then 50% but pay you right away and take over the debt......gawd i wish someone would start something like that lol

Wont get you anywhere unless you are willing to go to court....and unless the amounts are huge its just not worth it.

Im looking for an easy solution that works.

So far we have always gotten paid eventually, i just dont have the time to act as an accounts receivable anymore "and i shouldn?t have to"

Collection agencies which buy debts generally do so for 11 cents on the dollar or less.

As I recall, although it has been a long time since I worked in that field and I did not do so for long, some collection agencies work on retainer and/or commission as well.
