on a side not, why is it that this crazy city is being built up yet its IN THE FUCKING DESERT?!?! Seriously, did you see any green other than the patch by some already complete buildings (which must take a shitload of water to keep from dying). These guys might be doing ok for a while as oil prices continue to rise, but come on, they couldn't find a better place to build their crazy shit!

There was a news article a while back about a man being detained/arrested/charged because he had a marijuana seed stuck in the tread of his shoe when he went there to visit. On another note, thats scary high.
